"The Skeleton series embodies a sculptural relationship with the object, deconstructing volumes and exploring the possibilities of leather as a living material.(...) Without seams and rigid closures, the Skeletons are polymorphic and fluid, embracing the rhythm of the urban environment.(...) The duo repurposes leather scraps from haute couture industry waste, working them into assemblages without predetermined designs, catalysing the potential of what it can become.(...) Adaptism's artistic practice reflects a critical understanding of our production system, seizing current ecological challenges and advocating for the end of industrial production.(...)
